We’re so excited to welcome your child(ren) to St. Mark’s Summer Camp! Please take a moment to review these important financial guidelines:

Registration is final once this form is submitted.

Missed days for personal reasons (not caused by camp) will not be refunded or discounted.

Late pickup: If you did not choose the aftercare option and arrive more than 10 minutes after 3:00 PM, a $15 late pickup fee will be charged. You can pay by check (made out to St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church of DC) or by Visa/MasterCard. Same policy applies for aftercare pickup.

Financial & Cancellation Policy

All program fees and cancellation requests are subject to the following terms:

All cancellations must be submitted on or before June 15. No cancellations will be accepted after this date.
For participants enrolled in the seven-week package, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged per child, per week.
For weekly enrollments, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged per child, per week.

By enrolling, families agree to these financial terms and understand that cancellation fees will be applied as outlined above.

No walk-ins are allowed during camp weeks. All Participants must be registered in advance.

To ensure a safe, respectful, and Christ-centered environment for all children, we kindly ask that you review the following expectations with your child. By registering for this summer camp, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.

Children’s Expectations:
    •    Show kindness, respect, and cooperation toward all other children, staff, and volunteers
    •    Follow directions from staff at all times
    •    Participate appropriately in all camp activities
    •    Use respectful language and keep hands and feet to themselves
    •    Treat all church and camp property with care

Consequences for Misconduct:
If a child repeatedly fails to meet these expectations or engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior, the following disciplinary actions may be taken:
    •    Verbal warning and parent notification
    •    Temporary removal from camp activities
    •    Suspension from camp for 1 day up to 1 week, depending on the severity of the behavior

Please Note:
No refunds will be issued for any days missed due to disciplinary action.

We appreciate your support in fostering a positive, respectful, and spiritually enriching environment for all participants.

My child has my permission to participate in the St, Mark's Summer Camp field trip. He/she will abide by the rules that set forth by the sponsor.
I understand that neither St. Mark Summer Camp nor the sponsor will be responsible for personal injury to my son/daughter or loss or damage to his/her personal property.
I further understand that my acknowledgment of this consent authorizes emergency medical treatment to be administered, if necessary.
I will also be responsible for the damage to personal property and injury to other people caused by my son/daughter.
